Scope of Work: Construction of the main building and the supporting service facilities, in addition to complete electromechanical and plumbing works, as well as infrastructure works with all of their systems — including a smart-city system — and all interior finishing and furnishing works. Awarded the Best Outstanding Project award by the Project Management Institute at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in 2022. Designed and built in accordance with LEED standards for sustainable green building.
